This is a wine for all festivities. This Crémant is mostly Chardonnay with a bit of Pinot noir. It matures for 24 months «sur lattes» which gives this sparkling wine great finesse. Pale yellow with golden hints, this cuvee releases the perfume of white flowers and fresh fruits. A remarkable lightness and finesse lead to a seductive explosive finale.
