Organic, very low sulfites added
this wine is selected out the richest cuvees which come from silica clay and calcareous clay soils;
the long fermentation gives it tannic structure, softened by 4 to 6 month in aged oak barrels;
red ruby in color, bright with a complex nose of blackcurrant mingling with red fruit marmalade, caramel and a hint of spice;
the silky and velvety tannins will facilitate the aging process for a few years;
serve over red meats, game and soft cheeses.
