Its silky textures rush the palate with mineral-tinged red fruits and spices, seeming to drench the senses in primary concentration, as brisk acids work to maintain balance. The result is one of decadent pleasure, yet harmonious and coloring within the lines of classicism, as this tapers off dry and lightly structured, with hints of cranberry and balsam herbs lingering.
