This is the perfect dry wine to accompany cold shrimps, seafood appetizers of all sort, sushi… It comes from selective young vines of Chenin blanc grown on rich sandy topsoil over schist; lovely, flowery nose recalls chamomile, hay; the very expressive, silky palate lingers to a mineraly dry finish that exudes the essence of the vineyards; it needs to be open early to benefit from its complex flavors.
