Winery: A 100% Chardonnay made by Maculan from grapes sourced from trusted growers in the Breganze area. Fermented dry in temp-controlled stainless steel tank, the wine is released after a brief aging on the fine lees and in the bottle. Unoaked to preserve the fresh aromas. An un-oaked Chardonnay, loaded with yellow and tropical fruit and a round, juicy finish with plenty of body and balance. Makes a great companion for seafood, fish crudo but also white meats.
