Description
Loire Valley, France…..
12 plots spread out on the various terroirs of this appellation area. The vines are rooted in small oysters marls, « caillottes » (Villiers limestones), clay sands and flint clay. The vines are cultivated in the traditional way, using grass covers, and working the soil while respecting the environment.
A beautiful attack of Sauvignon blanc, full, flinty palate with nice weight and feel, balanced, clear with light citrus notes, full of freshness.
For oysters and river fish.
