Obtained after a few hours of cold macération when the white juice from the cabernet franc becomes rosé color; it is at that precise moment that we proceed with bleeding the vat, which is the process of removing 10 to 20 % of the free run juice; this becomes a naturally dry, fruity rosé with a lot of roundness, it is powerful and harmonious with white fruit mingling and spicy, milky notes as well as hints of anise;
bright on the palate, balanced, long with some smoky and peppery notes, this is the perfect rose for Charcuterie, grilled meats, as well an aperitifs, fish and white meats…
