Bestwinevalues.com is an extension of our storefront outlet, located in Croton-on-Hudson, Westchester County, New York.

Since 1990, our dedicated and culinary-trained staff has satisfied and exposed our clientele to a unique selection of on-and-off the beaten path wines, carefully chosen for breed, balance, appeal and overall value.

Sunday from Noon to 5 P.M.
Monday-Saturday from 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.

RETURN POLICY:
All returns must be handled in-store and all returns will be for store credit. Wines that are thought to be “off” or corked must be returned to the store within 24 hours of opening for evaluation by our staff. We will not honor returns on wines after 2 months from the date of purchase. All returns require the original receipt.

Free delivery in a 10 miles radius of Croton-on-Hudson (min.$60 per location)

CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for all orders that are canceled after they have been processed.

DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING:

All wines sold at Deprez Wines are sold at its licensed premises in New York. Title of the goods then passes to the buyer. The buyer must be at least 21 years of age and is solely responsible for all alcoholic shipments. Consequently, all of our wine shipments require an adult signature to acknowledge receipt. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Any claims for wrong goods or broken goods has to be made on the spot with the carrier or us at the time of delivery.
